CAD Delete invalid

Help: I’m using CAD for drawing, and I suddenly found that I can’t use the Delete key to remove lines or annotations; it doesn’t work. The Ctrl+C copy shortcut also doesn’t function. Other software such as Excel and Word work fine. It’s not the keyboard that’s broken. Has anyone encountered this issue? How should it be solved?
It’s probably because the layer is frozen or cannot be selected
