Why does TIG welding result in less welding deformation and welding stress compared to manual welding and MIG welding?
It depends on the amount of welding heat input; lower heat input definitely results in less deformation.
The greater the current, the thinner the plate thickness, and the thicker the welding wire – does this result in greater deformation?
