Enameled reaction kettle with a volume of 1 cubic meter. Reaction mechanism: Solid salt is first added to the kettle, followed by the gradual addition of the liquid reagent; ultimately, a homogeneous mixture of suspended solids and liquids is formed within the kettle. Could the feeding sequence be to start with liquids and then solids? Since the viscosity of the solution is not high, an impeller mixer can be used, which saves power
Use progressive stirring across two layers to achieve the desired effect
I think a paddle mixer should work, after all the volume isn’t large. Are there any requirements regarding the reaction rate?
