In conveyor systems such as belt conveyors, belt transporters are also a type of them. Although this topic was mentioned earlier, not much information was provided on it. Therefore, today the editor of our company will continue discussing this subject in order to add more knowledge in this area, enabling everyone to understand these conveyor types better. This will help us to have a deeper, more comprehensive, and broader understanding of belt conveyor products. There are also several common types of belt conveyors, which mainly include the following: (1) General-purpose fixed belt conveyors, whose frames are fixed to the floor or foundation. The belt widths come in various specifications, such as 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, and 1600 millimeters, and these conveyors are primarily used in underground mines and coal processing plants. (2) The height of the frame of a rope-mounted belt conveyor can be adjusted, and it can still be used even if the base plate is not level. (3) The telescopic belt conveyor can be flexibly extended and shortened to meet actual needs. It also has a belt storage device used primarily for storing the belt, with storage capacities of 650 mm, 1000 mm, and 1200 mm. (4) Steel wire rope core belt conveyors have high strength and high transportation efficiency, allowing for long-distance transport using a single unit; however, their manufacturing process is relatively complex.
