What does the circled area in the picture mean? Is it covered around the bolt with four steel plates that are 20 thick and 80*80 in size? Do you block one or four, and what is the purpose of it? Are the stiffening plates also made of 10-mm-thick steel plates on both sides? The height wasn’t mentioned either.
