(1) Determine the longitudinal center line of the equipment based on the installation diagram of the roller conveyor; this serves as the reference for its installation. Within the workshop, this longitudinal center line is usually marked using the framework of the factory’s columns as a reference. (2) If the equipment associated with the roller conveyor has already been installed, the center line of such equipment is determined primarily based on the relevant dimensions of these adjacent devices, with the dimensional relationship to the factory’s column layout serving only as a reference. This ensures that the roller conveyor system can operate stably and reliably. (3) After determining the center position of the roller conveyor, connect the frame to the legs as indicated in the installation diagram, install the drive frame and motor, then attach the nylon struts and the chain. Next, install the drive rollers and the direction-changing sprockets (make sure that the end faces of the two sprockets are in the same plane during installation), and adjust the position of the motor so that the chain is properly tensioned. (4) Adjuster feet for the device’s roller conveyor. Ensure that the adjustment feet reach the scale of the planning device. (5) Guardrails for the conveyor rollers of the device, electrical control system, motor guards, etc. (6) After checking that the roller conveyor is in order, start a no-load test run. Adjust some that do not meet the planning requirements and standards. During the testing process, it is necessary to check the tightness of the chain as well as the condition of its engagement with the roller sprockets; make adjustments promptly if anything is not proper.
