Conveyor efficiency: The production process on a conveyor assembly line repeats at a regular rhythm, resulting in high efficiency and a steady pace. There is continuity within the conveyor system; therefore, delays in product processing or downtime of the equipment are not acceptable. Delays in the assembly line can occur due to various factors such as the quality of parts and components, irregular distribution of materials, or shortages of materials. These factors are typically used as indicators to assess the performance of a production line. Conveyor balance: The production capacity of an assembly line should be balanced, with minimal waste in material usage; there should be no bottlenecks, and materials must be delivered promptly, accurately, and in good condition. Simple, one-way conveyors: An assembly line produces only one or a few product series that have similar technical specifications, with materials moving in just one direction. Conveyors are primarily used for various auxiliary processes; materials are distributed around the central production line, with raw materials and components being fed into the system from specific locations, after which the goods move along the line. The workers on the assembly line remain relatively fixed in their positions.
