When using foot bolts, round steel of D8 or D10 is commonly used to temporarily secure the foot bolts within the components, thereby fixing the foot bolt assemblies along with the main steel members in the beams and columns. The pre-drilling code for the anchor bolt holes differs from the position where the bolts are to be inserted from the outside of the nail. To prevent partial stress and distribute the load of the column evenly across the foundation, the bases must be in contact with one another. I. Check and confirm based on the device design drawings whether each anchor bolt is accurate; generally, economical machines, hydroelectric power generation equipment, or electronic total stations (for the measuring devices to be tested) are used. Check that the height of the anchor bolts in the design drawings does not exceed +/-0.00m (usually around 100mm). The foundation bolts must be placed perpendicular to the theoretically designed support plane (which can be concrete or a code surface). II. After alignment is complete, securely fasten the bolt assembly to ensure that the bolts do not shift or move during the casting process. When completing the installation, use plastic wrap to protect the bolts in the threaded layer (foundation bolts) to prevent the threads from being damaged during concrete pouring. Installation of foundation bolts: During the installation of foundation bolts, pre-drill holes in the foundation for these bolts. Once the equipment is installed, the foundation bolts are inserted into those holes, and then the area around them is filled with concrete or cement mortar to secure the bolts in place.
