Drain all the lubricating oil from within the drum through the oil drain hole on the left end cover of the drum. 2. To disassemble the drum, follow these steps: remove the wiring box at the left flange shaft end, as well as the bolts connecting the left support and the left end cover; then remove the bolts of the right end cover and the right support. The right flange shaft can be lifted out using a lifting ring. 3. Clean all the components inside the drum as well as its inner walls thoroughly. 4. Re-fill each bearing of the drum (a total of six bearings, including those of the motor) with an adequate amount of calcium-sodium-based lubricant. 5. Replace all the sealing rings and oil seals on the motor and the drum; the replaced sealing rings and oil seals must be intact and undamaged, smooth and flat, without any minor protrusions or depressions, nor any wrinkles, and their material must be durable.
