The common specifications for sprockets are 11 teeth with an outer diameter of 270, and 8 teeth with an outer diameter of 200; the inner diameter in both cases is 40/50 ; Since the company in question needs such chains for equipment development and requires 3D modeling, I searched online for relevant information and standards, but the outcome was as follows: ① Almost all manufacturers that produce this type of chains and sprockets use the same set of dimensional specifications, so there must be an industry standard in place ; ②Using keywords such as chains, slag scrapers, air flotation units, and nylon, whether through separate searches or combined searches, and whether looking for resources on the website itself or elsewhere, not a single standard document related to such chains and sprockets was found, not even a single table of specifications and dimensions ; Therefore, I would like to ask experts for the standard number or a specification sheet; it would be even better if they could explain the reasons behind this situation.
The two-pitch conveyor chains used in air flotation units, sludge skimmers, and sludge scrapers are conveyor chains in which the pitch of the chain is doubled by simply doubling the hole spacing between the chain links, while keeping all dimensions of the components unchanged.
