Recently, the integrated production line for \"rolling and leveling + laser cutting for material preparation\" developed by Jiangsu Daming Industrial Technology Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as \"Jiangsu Daming\") was put into operation. This production line not only improves the quality of processing but also increases the yield of finished products, setting a benchmark for the industry. It is understood that Jiangsu Daming has added two new \"rolling cutting\" production lines this time. One of these lines has, since trial production began last November, successfully processed products such as stainless steel end caps, cathode plates, and automotive components, and is now in full operation; the other line is under intensive debugging. These two “rolling cutting” production lines feature a high degree of automation; they are equipped with robotic arms that can handle material feeding automatically, thereby **improving operational efficiency while ensuring product quality. The processing method is no longer the traditional one of first unrolling the coil into sheets and then transporting them by crane or truck to the cutting line; instead, it goes directly from unrolling and leveling to cutting into components, in just one step. It not only saves time associated with the processing sequence and transportation costs, as well as eliminates the risk of scratches during transfer, but also allows for design based on the length of the roll material during the initial cutting and layout stage. This prevents the waste that used to occur at the ends of the materials due to cutting them to specific specifications.
