As stacker roller conveyors are used more widely in conveying management systems, customers also have higher expectations regarding the characteristics, cost, maintenance, and service life of such machinery. The key components of a stacker conveyor machine include the sound card frame, feet, conveying mechanism, swinging unit, pneumatic control equipment, optical inspection instruments, and motor control equipment. 1. Optical inspection instruments for stacker conveyor belts: Optical inspection instruments are divided into those controlled by a separate controller and those designed specifically for stacking applications. 2. Accumulation roller conveyor sound card frame: The sound card frame is assembled from specialized aluminum alloy profiles, support rod components, etc., and serves as the main structure that bears the load as well as the component responsible for its functionality. 3. Support feet for stacker roller conveyors: These feet are assembled from specialized aluminum profiles and adjustable supports; their function is to support the chassis of the conveyor and ensure the levelness of the conveying surface. 4. Accumulating roller conveyor for transporting machinery and equipment: This type of conveyor is composed of a reducer, belts, pulleys, rollers, etc. Its main function is to use the reducer to drive the belts, which in turn cause the rollers to rotate, thereby enabling the horizontal transport of materials placed on them. 5. Swinging element of the stacker conveyor: The swinging element is composed of a crankshaft, pulleys, swinging rods, and braking elements, etc. Its function is such that when the pulley lifts the belt while the braking elements release the roller, the raw material is transported normally; whereas when the pulley releases the belt and the braking elements come into contact with the roller, thereby applying a braking force to that roller, the raw material passing through that section is immediately stopped in its movement.
