So, once the cladding has been welded, but before the transition layer is welded, we need to conduct PT testing on the cladding; only after it passes this test can the transition layer be welded. Finally, after all welding is complete, radiographic testing is performed. There are two issues now: 1. Should a PT test be conducted after the cladding welding, and then the transition layer be welded?
