Structural principle of the hanging bag centrifuge: 1. The casing is equipped with a lid, feed pipes, washing pipes, an observation window, an exhaust port, and lighting holes; it features a sealed design. The drum, as well as components such as the casing and lid, are made of stainless steel (SUS304). The frame and similar components are cast parts, with their surfaces painted. 2. All fasteners are made of stainless steel. 3. Transmission and braking: Ordinary motor (or explosion-proof motor) + frequency converter + energy-consuming braking. 4. The machine comes equipped with a set of specialized lifting equipment at the time of manufacture. Usage of the hanging bag centrifuge: (1) Before use, first check whether all mechanical components are in good condition. (2) Place the washings from the level gauge evenly inside the inner rotating drum. (3) Start the motor to gradually increase the speed of the inner rotor cage. Depending on the type of fabric, drying usually takes 5-10 minutes. (4) Press the “Stop” button to cut off power to the motor. After the dehydrator has slowed down naturally for a while, the brake handle is operated to apply intermittent braking, thereby stopping the rotation of the inner drum. (5) Once the machine has come to a complete stop, the fabric can be removed. Precautions for using bag centrifuges (1) Fabrics with different water absorption rates should be dried separately. (2) For newly installed dehydrators or newly connected wires, it is necessary to ensure that the motor rotates in the correct direction. (3) When severe vibrations occur due to uneven placement of the fabric, the power switch of the bag centrifuge should be turned off immediately; the fabric should be placed evenly again before proceeding with dehydration. (4) Do not overload the amount of fabric placed. Special care should be taken, especially when drying other items that are not clothing. (5) Do not insert your hand into the inner drum area of the dehydrator while it is in operation
