Dear experts, I would like to ask how to carry out overall sandblasting and application of anti-corrosion coatings on the surface of a tubular heat exchanger after it has been welded. Especially for the tubes near the core, is it possible that those areas cannot be reached due to interference? Thank you!
What is the diameter of the tube bundle? If the sandblasting process exceeds 900 MM, it is likely to be incomplete; a combination of chemical cleaning and sandblasting can be considered to ensure effective pre-treatment.
