I would like to ask which reliable and suitable online thickness measurement technologies for small fittings (with medium present) are being used by the manufacturers you work for? With thermal insulation thickness measurement technology? Remote infrared temperature measurement technology? Or experience in related areas~ I would be very grateful
Digital radiography (DR) was previously used for thickness measurement of insulation and media. The problems are high costs, concerns related to radiation safety, and low efficiency. It’s difficult to find experienced testing companies. Therefore, this technology is only applied when it is necessary. Looking forward to more reliable and better methods.
