After being lined with FRP, it turns white when exposed to water – what’s going on?

CS+FRP: after becoming a finished product, its surface turns white when exposed to water. What is the reason for this?
It is caused by incomplete curing, or by the substrate itself not being dried.
Assuming that the left wall, ceiling, and floor of the image have also been treated with fiberglass to prevent corrosion, if the fiberglass in other areas turns white, it is certain that the curing of that fiberglass is incomplete; it turns white when exposed to water. Thank you.
It has not fully cured, or curing took place during rainy weather without proper protection, resulting in high air humidity!
