Does aviation kerosene pipeline require internal anti-corrosion treatment?

Dear experts, I have just taken on a project to renovate an airport fuel depot. The main task involves modifying the processes within the depot. I’m not very familiar with the anti-corrosion measures for the jet fuel pipelines; after checking MH5008, it seems that specifications 3 and 4 are conflicting. I would appreciate any guidance from those who are knowledgeable on this matter
A oil pipeline refers to a long-distance pipeline, right? There’s no conflict.
However, Article 3 states that internal anti-corrosion treatment should be applied to the pipelines inside the tank, but it seems that none of the jet fuel tanks I’ve encountered have such internal anti-corrosion treatment. How can this be explained?
Generally, jet fuel pipelines do not require corrosion protection after acid washing and passivation before being put into use.
