Hello everyone, does anyone know where valves resistant to seawater are manufactured? Are there ball valves of sizes DN25 and DN15 available in this material as well, for wafer-type butterfly valves DN65 PN1.0? Thank you all! :handshake:handshake

If 316L isn’t suitable, then use duplex steel; if that doesn’t work either, then use Monel
In China, tin bronzes such as ZCuSn3Zn8Pb6Ni and silicon brasses like ZCuZn15Si3.5 are commonly used to manufacture sea water pump valves. Additionally, other corrosion-resistant alloys such as NS113, as well as engineering ceramics, can also resist seawater corrosion and cavitation

2507, 2205 – Inconel and Monel are both viable options, but these are relative terms; all of them are subject to some degree of corrosion. Electrochemical corrosion is particularly problematic. Additionally, the valve can be coated.
What are the pressure rating and temperature? Can diaphragm valves or fluorinated-lined valves be used?
PVDF valves can be used for corrosion resistance in seawater, as well as in applications such as seawater desalination; the PVDF material is suitable for these purposes
