How to provide corrosion protection at the intermittent welds of the reinforcement rings inside the container?

According to GB150.3, the reinforcement rings inside the vessel can be welded intermittently; however, could corrosion occur at the gaps between these reinforcement rings and the vessel walls? How to carry out anti-corrosion here?
I didn’t look closely enough; the internal reinforcement ring specified in the standards is intended for vessels under external pressure.
