How does everyone handle the external anti-corrosion painting of steel structures and pipelines in chemical plants? We have two options now; we would like experts to help analyze which one is better. Option 1 involves 1 coat of epoxy zinc-rich primer, 1 coat of epoxy ferrochrome intermediate coat, and 2 coats of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, while Option 2 involves 1 coat of epoxy zinc-rich primer, 1 coat of epoxy ferrochrome intermediate coat, and 2 coats of acrylic paint
The choice between Option 1 and Option 2 should be determined based on the atmospheric conditions in the chemical plant and the gases in the surrounding environment
The topcoat is weather-resistant and environmentally resistant. The climate and environment vary from place to place; decide based on your own actual circumstances
