The effect is very significant. Typical applications of thermal spraying in the chemical industry include the following areas: 1. Replacing high-grade materials such as stainless steel and titanium alloys with lower-grade materials and heat-treated coating layers. 2. It can be used as an anti-corrosion coating for chemical reaction tanks, storage tanks, mixing equipment, and pipelines. 3. It can serve as an excellent repair layer for chipped or damaged glass-lined equipment. Thermal spraying is also widely used in the petroleum industry. Thermal spraying has been successfully used for the repair and protection of equipment in oil exploration and extraction.
