What paint is used for stainless steel pipes?

The construction site is in Wenchang, Hainan, near the sea. The low-temperature liquid nitrogen pipelines are made of S30408 material. I would like to know what kind of paint is needed to protect these pipelines, one that can cope with the salty and humid environment in Wenchang as well as with low temperatures.
Why not consider stainless steel that is resistant to marine environments, and opt for painting instead?

However, since it is a coating applied on the surface of stainless steel, it is necessary to use a primer that has good adhesion to stainless steel.
Do you have any recommendations for nanoscale polymer materials? We haven’t used it. I’ve heard of a type of nano-transparent paint; I’m not sure if that’s what you’re referring to
