Chemical cleaning is an effective method for the furnace tubes in the convection section of petrochemical heating furnaces; it can increase the service life of these furnace tubes as well as the efficiency of the heating furnaces. The image below shows the cleaning results achieved using chemical cleaning for the convection section of a heating furnace at a petrochemical company.
Our company’s previous heat carrier furnace convection sections also used chemical cleaning; it is much cheaper than dry ice cleaning, and the level of cleanliness achieved is also better.
