This technology involves vertically burying the anode body dozens of meters underground into low-resistivity soil layers or aquifers to create \"underground anti-corrosion piles\". A potentiostat supplies a stable and uniform cathodic protection current to the entire bottom of the tank, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both the central and peripheral areas of the tank bottom. Compared to traditional shallow-buried anodes, it has a lower grounding resistance and a more even current distribution, which significantly reduces stray current interference; as a result, the system operates stably with less maintenance required. A comprehensive and efficient protection system enhances overall performance. Nanoceramic anti-corrosion technology: used for the bottom of tanks and the first layer of wall panels; it involves the use of modified photo-curable polymer materials mixed with nanoceramic powder. During application, the materials are overlapped in a staggered pattern and then cured using ultraviolet light, resulting in a protection layer with extremely high density and very low porosity. Its water resistance and resistance to electric sparks far exceed those of traditional coatings. Combined composite coating + cathodic protection solution: Single coatings are prone to failure due to pores or aging; when used in conjunction with deep-well anodes, these coatings can compensate for their defects, providing concentrated current protection to the exposed metal and thereby significantly enhancing corrosion resistance. Special protection for edge plates: A petrolatum-based anti-corrosion strip system or thermal spraying of aluminum is used, in combination with improved sealing mechanisms (such as welded round steel to prevent water ingress), to effectively stop local corrosion caused by rainwater seeping into gaps. Applications on the 3 crude oil storage tanks with a capacity of 100,000 cubic meters at the Xianyang storage facility have shown that this system significantly extends the maintenance cycle and reduces operational costs, making it a \"Changqing model\" in the industry.
