Issues regarding installing the Aspen version on a computer

Version 7.2 was installed on the old computer; I switched to a new computer in mid-last year, and I haven’t had the time to download the newer version of Aspen. My computer currently has an i5 6th generation processor and 8GB of RAM. I was wondering which version would be suitable to install – one that can run smoothly on my system. I saw on the forum that there is a localized version of V8.2; can I install V8.2 on my computer? I am a beginner with limited skills; I hope everyone will be kind enough to offer their guidance
The localization pack doesn’t translate that much either; 8.4 is still pretty good, right? Now 9.0 has already been released!
Suggestion 8.8: 8.4 is not very stable; especially after enabling HYSYS, there is a bug that causes it to shut down automatically suddenly
