We produce micro-flow control valves with a rated CV of 0.00002–1.6, and diameters ranging from DN6 to DN15. We have extensive experience in handling high-pressure micro-flow applications, especially in the gas industry where high pressures are common. We also offer products for ultra-cold environments; our valves have been tested by customers to show zero leakage, even when using liquid nitrogen at -196°C. Customers who previously used Samson’s micro-flow valves are now switching to ours. We conduct flow rate tests on each unit before it leaves the factory.
