I’m sure those who have studied adsorption have watched that tutorial video. I followed the steps in it to \"create a simple process,\" but it wouldn’t run. It said there were 8 fixed variables that hadn’t been defined precisely. I checked those values; they weren’t mentioned at all in the video. I chose \"Accept\" (seems like the system assigns initial values to those variables), and it ran, but there were still errors. I did everything exactly as shown in the video – so why is there a problem? Please, those who understand, **save me** ~

After looking at your example, in my case it’s about carbon molecular sieves being used to adsorb nitrogen. The values for \"fixed\" and \"free\" amounts are the same as yours. The only difference is the method used for calculating the isothermal adsorption of the bed layer; when I used your method, I still encountered the same errors. So this option can be ruled out. I also checked your property settings and didn’t find anything unusual, so I still can’t identify where the problem lies in my case. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your help!
Thank you again; the issue has been resolved. Your example helped me identify the mistake – I hadn’t used the “default” definition for the material properties. I created a new set of properties for “N2-O2”, but later I used the default “default” properties instead. After making that change, everything worked fine. I’m extremely grateful for your generous help~~
