There’s no need to explain the PipeData software – it’s a registered version that includes a registration code; once registered, it can be used indefinitely.
Do I need installation permissions? I previously downloaded other versions, but they couldn’t be installed.

Oh, OP, what I’m asking about is the installation permissions – is it the green version?
It’s not a version that requires no installation; it still needs to be installed. But there is a registration code available during installation (there’s a Readme file after unzipping it, which contains it); once you register, you can use it without any restrictions. I’ll send you a screenshot to show what it looks like after installation and when it’s opened.
I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it; I gave it a try and there were no problems. I’m not sure what the reason is for that; try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. Also, the software isn’t infected with viruses; if your antivirus program is blocking it, please allow it. If it still can’t be installed, there’s nothing I can do.
