As the title suggests, how is the PROCESS UTILITY MANAGER set up in HYSYS, where is it applied, and does it refer to what is commonly known as utility systems?
It refers to the commonly mentioned utility systems, and the method used in Aspen is similar
Mm-hm. There are many parameters that need to be set, including temperature settings, but no pressure setting. There are also various other parameters such as HTC, cost index, density, viscosity, thermal conductivity, etc. I’m not sure how to configure everything properly; for example, if I want to generate 0.4 MPag of saturated steam, how should I do that? Please provide detailed steps. In the energy flow, isn’t it possible to set the UTILITY TYPE? By specifying the type of utility, the amount of that utility can be calculated directly based on the thermal load of the energy flow, such as the amount of 0.4 MPag saturated steam generated.
