Why is there such a large difference between the properties of petroleum fractions simulated by HYSYS and those from analytical data?

As the title suggests, I am using HYSYS to carry out data simulation for the first stage of vacuum distillation. Why is there such a large difference in densities, given that D1160 is being used?
Some correction methods are required for the simulation of the vacuum distillation column. It is best to use depressurized product data synthesis feed for simulation. Diesel D86 is used for grade-reduced products (pyrolysis correction can be applied). It would be best to avoid designing wax oil – it’s a real shame. :lol
The atmospheric and vacuum distillation simulations are carried out in segmented fashion, and the use of product data to synthesize the feed results in values that are closer to the calibrated data. ;P
