Which expert knows what causes this issue with EDR?

As the title suggests, use EDR to calculate the heat exchanger. It was previously specified that the allowable pressure drop is 35 KPA. However, the value shown in the results table is not this figure! And much smaller. However, since the calculated pressure drop of the heat exchanger is already less than 35 KPA, there is no warning regarding the pressure drop. What’s going on here? The texture is as follows: the first one is the allowed interface ； The second one is the result interface.
The units are different, and there is still some difference; I’m not sure what the problem is
