Both are simulation software; what’s the difference? The article I read said that PIMS Aspen and Spyro can be used together; do these two software tools have different focuses?
PIMS is used for linear programming of raw materials and products across the entire plant. Spyro is used for simulating pyrolysis reactors, and it can accurately model the complex reactions that take place in such reactors.
