I’ve been thinking that instead of working in the chemical industry, I could become a CAD instructor, teaching CAD skills, and also trade stocks; 200 yuan per day would be enough for me. Working in the chemical industry is too exhausting and difficult; there are dangers everywhere – corrosion, flammability, toxicity, explosiveness… hazards present in every corner. No freedom, working from dawn to dusk for a few pennies. With mortgage payments and daily expenses, there’s hardly anything left. It’s tough for my colleagues in the chemical industry, and it’s tough for me as well. Sometimes I think it’s not worth the effort; other times I feel that all the hard work over the years would be wasted if I stopped working. But even when I do put in effort, I get little in return, which makes me think it’s still not worth it. The disproportionate salary levels are really frustrating.
There are too many self-study tutorials~~~ You can find tons of them online~~~ As for UG, Pro/E, and things like that. There is also some competition, and it requires a higher level of technical expertise
Yeah, so what should I do? Companies disappoint me greatly – they’re not places for running a business, but rather places where people play tricks on each other and engage in conflicts. It’s hard to understand why people would fight over salaries of just two or three thousand dollars. After all, like begets like.
In this world, one has no control over their own fate~~~ A friend wanted to apply for a position as a lecturer; he was very skilled in all the software used for drawing. He also drew diagrams to earn some extra money. In the end, he wasn’t chosen for the role. Maybe others were just as skilled, or perhaps he wasn’t the right fit to be a teacher. Some people can give lectures after going through the course materials several times and drawing from mechanical drawing manuals
It’s normal for things to be unfair; it would be abnormal if they were fair
It makes sense; maybe changing the location will do, and some of it isn’t his own fault.
Then why does everyone say there’s nothing that can be done, yet why don’t they try to make changes? If others can tolerate it, so can one; if others make mistakes, then one has reason to make mistakes as well, otherwise one will suffer losses. I think this represents a deviation in our collective set of values – it’s like a building with a skewed structure.
