Draw a diagonal line in a Word table

I can’t manage to draw those lines :( I’m hoping someone experienced can help me out. Thank you. Select the shape and draw however you want.
Insert a shape, select the appropriate line, and start drawing.
Spreadsheet software provides a function to draw slashes directly in the table; one can create the diagram using the spreadsheet and then insert it into a word processor.
Why can’t we use an Excel spreadsheet, create the diagram there, and then paste or insert it?
Words can also be selected directly.
