Aspen simulates the neutralization of acids in acetylene gas by NaOH, but it does not converge

Dear marine engineers, when using Aspen to simulate the acetylene gas neutralization tower (NAOH for CO2 absorption), a serious error occurs: the energy and material balances do not converge. I’ve tried changing the convergence algorithm and other things, but the problem still persists. I hope fellow users can help take a look. I am extremely grateful
It is to simulate a loop similar to the one in the figure below; therefore, the simulation is disconnected first
1. Please specify the version of the software you are using. 2. It’s best to upload a .bkp file so that other versions can also open your file.
I checked version 8.4 – there are no issues; the results are in the attachment, with the rar file removed
