Is there any antivirus software that doesn’t delete files?

My computer got infected with malware, and I used 360 Antivirus to remove it, which resulted in the deletion of many files, mainly Office documents. I would like to ask if there are any software solutions that allow me to eliminate malware without having to delete files.
It should be isolated first before deletion, unless you have set it to delete directly, which is an option available in the settings. If you don’t choose direct deletion, a prompt will appear asking whether to delete directly or to isolate it first
