What should be done to solve the following problem? ** ERROR WHILE GENERATING RESULTS FOR UNIT OPERATIONS BLOCK: “H” (MODEL: “HEATX”). The H-loop does not converge after 12 attempts; the energy balance is not satisfied within the maximum allowed number of iterations. The cold feed flash operation failed. * WARNING: WHEN GENERATING RESULTS FOR THE UNIT OPERATIONS BLOCK “H” (MODEL: “HEATX”), the calculated feed temperature for the cold side (3.4284625D+02) is inconsistent with the value of its inlet stream (3.1652244D+02). Possible causes include loose flash tolerance, or an upstream block with different phase or property settings. The calculated value will still be used in further calculations
