Seeking help with the floating-point divide by zero issue in calculations

When PROII imports HTRI, it gives a warning about floating point divide by zero. What is the reason for this? In PROII, simple heat exchangers can be calculated, but standard heat exchangers cannot – is it a problem with the thermodynamic methods?
This issue is quite complex and requires analysis on a case-by-case basis
