3D piping design for chemical plants

The company now requires us to use 3D drawings as much as possible instead of the previous 2D plant drawings, including those for piping systems. Previously, these were only in 2D format; now that the management has changed, we are required to use 3D representations. Question: What software is suitable for 3D design in the chemical industry (for plants, equipment layout, and pipelines), one that is easy to learn? It’s best to be able to find learning videos online. Please help recommend some options; I haven’t had much experience with them before. Thank you all!
3D software has become widely used; common ones include PDMS and PDSOFT
Any 3D software should be able to do it; I work in the mechanical field, and the mechanical design software I use regularly can also handle it. Such as UG, SW, PRO/E, and so on
I would like to ask whether these software programs can be downloaded from the Internet? I also tried to install PDMS, but unfortunately I couldn’t get the Win10 system to work. I would appreciate it if you could help me recommend a solution and let me know where I can download it
