The company is building a new chemical plant and hired a small design firm. The pipe construction drawings they provided recently contain too many errors: the positions of the pipe ends are incorrect, the diameters don’t match, and even some flanges are not properly aligned. It seems that the errors originated during the equipment modeling phase; the pipes run straight through the middle of the main beams. What’s the use of such a material list?
