Can SPLM 2012 not generate a machine ID? !

After running GenMachineGUI, a txt file is generated. I opened the TXT file, but I got the message: Unable to create Machine ID. Error retrieving information. WIN 10 Professional edition. What’s going on? Please give me some advice!
Try turning off the antivirus software; I’ve never had Windows 10 installed
