PDMS tool for automatically generating menus

After naming the compiled PML program according to the rules (menu name + tool name) and placing it in the specified folder, menu items and the corresponding tools will be automatically generated in PDMS. Multiple menus can be defined simultaneously, without the user needing to perform any additional actions.
It is mainly to make the operation simpler, so that there is no need to enter commands to run the program every time
