Dear experts on this forum, I have a question I’d like to ask: I used the equilibrium reactor in Aspen to simulate the CO conversion reaction. The equilibrium constant shown by the reactor module is 117.994 at 235°C, as shown in the attached figure. However, when I calculated it based on the composition of the stream at the reactor outlet, the equilibrium constant came out to be only 103. Why is there a discrepancy between the equilibrium constant shown in the results and that calculated from the outlet stream? I hope the experts on this forum will kindly offer their guidance.
