Where in CAESAR can the F value for secondary stress be changed?

According to the secondary stress checking formula, the F value decreases correspondingly after more than 7,000 alternating cycles. So where in the software should this value be changed?
Are they F1-F9 after the allowable stress? The instructions in the help file aren’t very clear.
No one has replied after all this time? I see that in other request posts, hardly anyone replies either; has this software been abandoned by the forum? I’ll reply myself; this will help those who have this question to learn the specific method. The approach is to enter the number of cycles in the load conditions, and the software will automatically calculate the f value.
