As stated in the title, what is simulated here is a four-tower model with partition walls. After adding a 10% feed disturbance using Dynamics, the liquid levels at the top and bottom of the main tower cannot be controlled; control is achieved by adjusting the opening degrees of the valves at the top and bottom of the tower. However, after introducing this disturbance, the OP value reaches 100 or 0. The pressure drop across the valves should be sufficient, as both valves are set to operate in a direct-acting manner, with a gain of 3 and an integration time of 9999. I would be very grateful if an experienced senior could give me some guidance!
There must be some issue with the settings; how have the other parameters changed? Is it just that the liquid level cannot be controlled?

Thank you for your help. The pressure at the top of the main tower can be controlled. Other control points have not been set up yet, which is why only the liquid level cannot be controlled
What is the pressure drop setting for the level control valve? For the liquid phase flow, set it to 2~4 bar
