Help: The liquid phase from the three-phase separator flows out from the solid phase

Help: Simulation requires the use of a three-phase separator, but the liquid phase in the feed stream ends up flowing out from the solid phase; the flow rate at the liquid phase outlet is 0. I’m not sure what’s going on. Please help me figure this out. Thank you! ! !
