Cadworx takes a long time to start loading

I’ve been using version CADworx 2016 without any problems, but these past few days it gets stuck while trying to load CADworx.arx whenever I try to open it; this issue occurs whether I’m connected to the internet or not. I then installed CADworx 2018, but the same problem persists. I’d appreciate some advice
The same problem occurs as well. If it’s the genuine version, I still face this problem; I really can’t use it!
