Transverse pitch refers to the lateral spacing between tubes, while No. of tubes in odd/even asks for the number of tubes in odd-numbered rows and even-numbered rows.

The lateral spacing between the tubes is determined through one’s own calculations; if it is too large, it hinders fluid turbulence and affects heat transfer; If it is too small, it increases fluid resistance; the distance between the two tubes should be at least greater than the outer diameter of the tube fins. The number of pipes is determined based on the pipe diameter and the spacing between them; generally, the length of the pipe sheet should not exceed the maximum width of the goods being transported by truck (this can be determined by consulting relevant information). As for the number of tubes in odd-numbered rows and even-numbered rows, it can be equal in some cases, or there can be a difference of one or several tubes (though in my designs, I usually make the number of tubes in odd and even rows equal).
