A simple program I wrote myself to calculate the length and weight of nozzles on cylinders and heads! A previous version was released, but it did not include calculations for the eccentricity of the cylinder connections; now the program has been improved! If you're interested, feel free to download it!
It’s a decent app, but the density of stainless steel varies depending on the material used; it would be more practical if this density could be entered manually.
The calculated weight of stainless steel is based on a density of 7.93; for other densities, simply use 7.93*ρ – and that’s the result!
It’s a bit expensive, but it’s still worth collecting
It’s simple to use, but I’m not sure whether it’s a flange of 0.6 MPa or 2.5 MPa It would be perfect if there were a flange standard option.
